Bhagwan as some grand plans which we cannot perceive. This blog is story of how a simple acquaintance in a large whatsapp group could lead to something meaningful.

One day Dr. Nidhi Shendurnikar posted a brochure of an FDP in a group and I just liked it, shared my appreciation for it. Some discussions evolved and she suggested to conduct an online FDP on Indigenous Research Methodology through a forum Nucleus of Learning and Development (NLD). We did that and got good response.

Slowly I realized that NLD was doing a lot of work in the domain of Faculty Development. They have so many programs lined up and on diverse topics. What was wonderful to note that the participation in each program was in good numbers. And many participants were there for serious learning.

Later on, we did a webinar on my book Shastriya Parenting, that also went well. We also did FDP on Gurukul. Again, the response was wonderful.

In online mode a big challenge is to anchor the discussion. Here Nidhi ji does it with such a calm and composure that every program goes flawless. One of the rare skills in today’s time.

Once again I would like to congratulate Dr. Nidhi ji and all team members of NLD for wonderful work they have undertaken and wishing them more success ahead.

The videos of some of the programs can be accessed below.
