My friend and expert of ERP told me long ago that ERP should be used only when processes are well defined. And for defining processes, leaders and managers with right intentions are required. ERP with an aim to control colleagues creates more overhead, kills productivity and leads to distrust. This is not for narrow minded leaders.

We need more interactions of practitioners in classes so that real WISDOM flows.
