Recently concluded annual festival of FMS-WISDOM, Banasthali was a perfect display of Panchmukhi shiksha model adopted at Banasthali.

These days “corporatization” has snatched the femininity, resulting in emotionless, mundane, black and white, inhuman life. A large number of corporate women are apologetic of feminine characteristics (like motherly care, emotions, colourful life, intuition, diversity, plurality etc) and focus on developing masculine one (like rationale, logic, black and white, standardization etc)…

While students of Faculty of Management Studies, Banasthali, who follow wisdom equation of reason + intuition achieve a harmonic balance of intelligence and emotions. This was evident in diversity in events of the fest.
