For sometime, a post has been circulating on social media advocating not to feed statues…instead feed hungry people. Point is valid, but partially. It is essential that we feed the hungry, create opportunities for their well-being. But there is essentially no relationship of hunger and offerings to Bhagwan. Such childish and immature approach to understanding and analysis of social problems is major concern.

Some had objections even to this and few comments were like – moorti is insensitive, no life, no expressions, no feelings…

Initially they believed women do not have souls… and now they do not understand everything has consciousness

These dogmatic scientist babus, half-baked post-modernists, anti-natural elements try to do following –

  • capture colorful nature with a monochromatic lens and… say arrogantly say – see our research proves there nothing such as red, blue, green, yellow…. it all black and white…
  • On seeing a 7 ft tall person they say ‘how can you be more than a standard 6ft inch tape? you are fake person
  • Prison for Galileo on discovering the truth that earth revolves round the sun
  • Lynch Red-Indians for being nature friendly; kill pagons for worshiping nature
  • Kill animals for slavery of tongue (never for stomach, eating meet is luxury, not for hunger)

The concern here is lack of understanding of deep philosophy bend Bharatiya cultural and spiritual practices.

Note: Gor interesting insights from Dr. Krishnakant Shukla ji on this topic.
