A direction for greater Sattva

Important: This is an educational reflection tool inspired by the Triguṇa framework discussed in the Bhagavad Gītā, especially Chapters 14 and 17. It is not a medical, psychological or scientific diagnostic test. The scoring weights are transparent and can be revised as the conceptual framework is refined.
How the calculation works

Each input contributes simultaneously to Sattva, Rajas and Tamas. The scores are normalized to 100. The resulting profile is then classified into one of four broad patterns: Sattva dominant, Rajas–Sattva, Rajas–Tamas, or Tamas dominant. No guna is treated as completely absent.
