OMRISE International Conference – Integrating Simplification: The rise of integrative self-managed enterprises was organized at Banasthali Vidyapith in collaboration with Buurtzorg, The Netherlands  and Praan Group on February 20-21, 2017.

The conference focused on the ways to integrate simplification in organizational processes through mutual trust, self-governed individuals, and ICT interventions. The foundational ideas of the theme were based on Indian ethos and values of Swadharm and Swawlamban.

The conference involved activities like – session on spiritual ecology, shastrarth, panel discussion, and workshops apart from the paper presentations.

Banasthali Vidyapith acknowledges the contribution of all the people from industry, academics, and government who made this conference a wonderful event.  We trust, all the participants and our students had a great learning experience.
