Individual Social Responsibility. This is based on the ideas shared by Saadhu.

Three responsibilities which an individual has to fulfill can be broadly categorized as –
  1. मैं  “main”, (responsibility towards self – aatmaa)
  2. यह “yah” (responsibility towards own body, society, nation, environment etc)
  3. वह “wah” (responsibility towards center of faith – God, parents /teachers / nature / science …whatever be it).

1. Duty towards self is about respecting vivek (discerning wisdom) – one knows from inside (antaraatma ki aawaaz) about what is right / wrong, so the responsibility lies in respecting it decision.

2. Duty towards own body (keeping healthy, clean etc, because this body does not belongs to me only, everyone has contributed in its development); towards society (utilize skills, funds, ideas, capabilities for development of others),
3. Duty towards center of faith (god /parents /teachers. etc whosoever one believes in, respecting that source of power / inspiration)

Prof. Subhash Sharma gave an important concept of Corporate Social Dharm. Which is also on similar lines as idea of Dharm includes both Responsibility and Duty, towards community.
