International workshop on “Demystifying Self-Managed Organizations and Disrupting Organization Theory”

Ever wonder, how an organization would look like without bureaucracy, without any managers or MBAs or time lost in meetings or explicit policies for everything. Welcome to the new age organizations with self managed structures. A workshop on transforming towards this type of organization structure was organized by PRIME@Banasthali Vidyapith, India and PRAAN Group, Netherlands.
Through this international workshop, the participants were apprised about those type of organizations and initiated into a potential strategic thinking towards transforming their organizations to a self managed one.
The workshop covered discussions on – making participants comfortable with Worldviews; introducing the theory of organization, leadership and self management; tools for building own organization case for self management; sharing insights with peers and co create approaches.
